  • Marketing Associate

    About the Role

    Cornerstone Wealth is seeking a Marketing Associate to play a hands-on role in executing digital marketing, lead management, and campaign initiatives. This position will focus on implementing strategies designed by the Marketing Director, ensuring seamless execution across SEO, content, automation, and events.

    The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to grow into modern marketing practices. While the Marketing Director will set the strategy, the Associate will be responsible for carrying out tactical execution, testing, and reporting to keep campaigns running smoothly.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Digital Marketing & SEO Execution

    • Refresh and optimize website content as requested (service pages, blogs, case studies, testimonials).

    • Monitor Google Business Pages and local office landing pages; update content, photos, and links as needed.

    • Support ongoing A/B tests for email campaigns.

    • Assist with competitive content gap analysis and AI-driven optimization tests.

    • Upload and distribute digital assets (e-books, guides, infographics, videos).

    2. Content & Campaign Support

    • Maintain and execute the content calendar (blogs, social posts, guides).

    • Assist with short-form video and testimonial launches across platforms.

    • Proofread and format content for consistency, compliance, and brand voice.

    • Post and monitor firm updates across LinkedIn, Google Business Pages, and email newsletters.

    • Coordinate and track performance of PR placements, backlinks, and guest articles.

    3. Lead Management & Automation

    • Manage stale lead follow-up and nurture workflows in HubSpot.

    • Maintain accurate CRM data, tagging, and segmentation lists.

    • Pull campaign and lead performance reports to support optimization decisions.

    • Assist with implementing new automation campaigns (referral programs, surveys, value-add alerts).

    4. Event & Community Marketing

    • Support logistics for flagship client events, webinars, and community initiatives.

    • Coordinate invitations, RSVPs, attendee tracking, and post-event follow-up in HubSpot.

    • Assist with production of event collateral (programs, signage, recap materials).

    • Ensure consistent branding and promotional touchpoints before, during, and after events.

    5. Brand & Administrative Support

    • Update and maintain branded collateral, presentations and brochures as needed.

    • Track and maintain compliance submissions for marketing materials.

    • Assist with holiday gift execution, client appreciation efforts, and swag orders.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred (or relevant experience).

    • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or content execution.

    • Experience (or strong interest) in HubSpot/Salesforce, SEO, and A/B testing.

    • Familiarity with Canva, Squarespace, Google Analytics, and social platforms.

    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

    • Organized, adaptable, and eager to learn AI-driven marketing strategies.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Preparation of individual and business federal and state tax returns. ‍

    • Review and adjust client financial records.

    • Perform other accounting duties as needed for engagements and as assigned by managers.

    • Communication with managers and clients.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

    • CPA certified or in the process of obtaining the CPA license.

    • 2+ years of experience in public accounting in a tax related position.

    • Experience preparing tax returns.

    Role Description:

    The Client Service Associate is a support role providing client management support to a Wealth Advisor Team. This individual will have a broad range of client service responsibilities and assist with managing all aspects of the client relationship, is dedicated to client service and has the highest ethical and professional standards of excellence.

    Responsibilities can include:

    • Act as a liaison between the Wealth Advisor and client

    • Assist the Wealth Advisor in gathering relevant client data including demographic, financial, suitability and risk tolerance

    • Input financial data for planning in eMoney

    • Prepare materials for clients and prospective clients such as illustrations, hypotheticals, and educational materials

    • Schedule/confirm meetings for the Wealth Advisor

    • Prepare and organize review materials for meetings and generating client reports

    • Coordinates follow up activities resulting from the client meeting

    • Prefilling of new account applications, asset transfer forms and other specific maintenance requests

    • Take and coordinate money movement requests including distribution processing

    • Maintain electronic client records

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or Associates degree with related experience

    • Minimum of 2-3+ years’ experience in the financial services industry (preferably with an RIA)

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and proven ability to learn other software and technology

    • Demonstrated excellence in the following areas:

      • Attention to detail

      • Strong organizational, communication and time management skills

      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and demands

    • FPQP designation or Series 65 license or other relevant designation (or working toward) a plus but not required
